This unit is 1000L processor which can produce around 75% Bio-diesel per batch with 2-3hours each time.

230V /380V/415V, single phase / three phase can be customized.

SYSTEM INCLUDES:

1. Reactor: major cone tank for feedstock oil with pre-heating system.       

2. Methanol tank: The methanol and NAOH are put into this tank and pumped into the reactor.

3. Pump: pumping &self cycling. The pump used for pumping the catalyst to the feedstock oil, mix via self cycling.   

4. Distribution box: This system comes with a plastic distribution box for switch of pump on and off, heating, indication, easy operating.

5. Liquid meter
